The Orthodontic Program provides quality orthodontic treatment for children from families with limited financial resources.
The Orthodontic Program was founded in 1969 by Assistance League of Long Beach and is now located in the Earl B. and Loraine H. Miller Foundation Orthodontic Center.
The children accepted into the program must live in Long Beach, Lakewood, or Signal Hill or attend Long Beach schools. They must be between the ages of 11 and 16. They are referred by school nurses, members of the local dental community, or family and friends of patients and volunteers.
The Orthodontic Center’s administration, orthodontist, staff, and Assistance League of Long Beach volunteers strive to provide comprehensive, quality orthodontic care in a personal and caring environment.
The Assistance League of Long Beach Orthodontic Center staff appreciates the trust of their patients and looks forward to helping them develop a great smile that will last a lifetime!
